If you are new to us, please read through a few submissions that have replies to them.  Those have been critiqued.  They will give you an idea of the way that we work.  Anyone posting here is subject to critique and there is no guarantee you'll like it.  Please don't take this as any sort of warning.  Take it as an invitation to develop your writing skills.
